Good morning, I want to thank you for having Jamie as one of your best helping people find their forever homes. A couple of years ago, Jamie helped my husband and I to find a great home so i can take care of my elderly parents and she seem to know what i needed. I am so grateful for that. Then things got tough in that house, i needed to downsize my living arrangements, and she was their for me and I was so excited because she sold my older home and we now have the best home. Obviously this unstable and terrifying era of Covid-19 is a very trying and  difficult time to be making a major life change (which for us in our Seventies as New Yorkers it certainly is). Buying and selling homes are no easy task and take both an emotional and mental tole on a person especially when being on the sellers side. The property we recently sold (1727 Sawgrass Cir.) has been with my family before the housing market crash. I grew up in that house, my sister was born in that house, and the greatest of all that was the first purchase home my family bought as their own when they moved to the United States. We held onto that house after we moved to Texas as a rental property. We were fortunate enough to have amazing tenants in that house for over 10years! However, it came with consequences. Upon my visit last year this time to inspect the property we realized just because we had long lasting tenants did not mean the house was in great condition. It was heartbreaking to see the home I held so many memories in such terrible condition. I brought in several agents to look at the property and every single of them gave very discouraging feedback.

After rehabbing the property, I did not give those other realtors a second chance. Instead we met Jamie through a mutual connection. Before leaving the Jupiter area for the summer, I would like to place on record my recent experience with your agent, Jamie Garber, culminating in the purchase of my Jupiter property. You should know that because my sister worked for many years as a part-time realtor in the Washington Metropolitan Area, in addition to her full time job as a dental hygienist, I was very skeptical of the service I might receive here in FL since I have found it to be terribly slow paced compared to the north. Having said this, I was pleasantly surprised when I met Jamie Garber.
