Charlie is a native Floridian (yes it’s true…you can check his birth certificate!) You’ll have a fun time working with Charlie as he has a laid-back personality and dry sense of humor. But don’t let that fool you as he is intense at work.
He credits his incredible work ethic to his father whose company did much of the land excavation (clearing out canals, lakes) and helped build homes in Mirasol, PGA National, and the Shores of Jupiter. “Dad was up at 5:30am and worked until 7:30pm. He got that drive from growing up on a farm and taking pride in a job well done.”

Charlie and his wife Michelle have 3 children, and Charlie is actively involved in their schools and athletic associations. It has been nearly 16 years since we have sold a home. In the past, we have done so without the help of a realtor, by owner. However, in this case, we could not be available to coordinate showings, so the search was on. After interviewing several candidates, we settled on Charlie. His knowledge of our neighborhood and enthusiasm regarding our sales potential sealed the deal for us. To be honest, I thought his representations that he thought our home would sell quickly was more marketing than substance. But, we were wrong! We began prepping the house for showing on December 6th. It took us a few days to get things in shape for a walk-through with Charlie on December 10th. We left the home furnished for staging.
