Larry Krogh is an agent who puts his clients’ needs above all else, and treats everyone how he wishes to be treated. With over 20 years of experience buying and selling homes along the Ventura County coastline, Larry has become synonymous with integrity, knowledge, and results. The California native grew up in Ojai Valley with a General Contractor for a father, and learned early on about building homes from the ground up. While working as an investment banker, Larry was asked to run a pilot program on a real estate company and as they say, the rest was history. Larry currently lives on the Ventura Hillside, and is a dedicated family man, happily married to wife Susan who he describes as a true artist and optimist. His daughters are adults now and live close by, and his grandson is the moving force in the family, which also includes two Westies. Larry and his wife are passionate about giving back, and they support organizations and causes like Food Share, children’s literacy, nature conservancy, Teen Challenge, and local schools and athletics. When he’s not out showing homes or fiercely negotiating on his clients’ behalf, Larry can be found on the beach, traveling, skiing, surfing, or hiking – anything off the grid.
