Meaghan Conrad

Born in the Ojai Valley and raised in the Real Estate industry, I have a deep understanding of Ojai and the more personal side of Real Estate. I learned from some of the best! I saw firsthand the hard work involved and the dedication and honesty that was necessary to maintain repeat customers.

This provided me a unique road map into Ojai Real Estate and the business itself. I started filling in for the reception desk before I could drive. Briefly leaving Ojai, I worked for Southern California’s leader in property management, Moss & Company, as a Leasing Agent. I then made my way back home to Ojai and became the assistant to the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Property Shoppe dabbling in marketing, rentals, client communications and building commission disbursement reports for the entire office. Ventura County Transaction Coordinators then asked me to help on the back end of the office transactions providing me a well-rounded Real Estate background.
With a BA in Communication Arts and a MA in Education - emphasis in Counseling, I set myself up for the world of sales and found that I enjoyed the challenge of communicating effectively in order to accomplish my own goals as well as my clients. I can easily appreciate the emotions involved in such a large, personal purchase and have a deeper understanding of the life changes that may bring an owner to sell their home.

My family is my world. I find that I love the delicate balance of being a mom and working. My three girls transformed my life for the better and keep me laughing daily. My husband, a Firefighter and Veteran, is supportive and encouraging. On any given day you may find me hiking one of the beautiful Ojai trails or headed out to the lake for lunch with my family. Ojai is my home. I am invested in both the city and the people who live here.
