Stephanie Armstrong Therrell

Having lived in Charlotte for more than 30 years, I consider myself a native of the Queen City. I attended Charlotte Mecklenburg schools, and as a parent, I have served in several leadership roles within the school system, which include PTA President and School Leadership Chairperson. I have watched the city grow and develop with new neighborhoods, shopping, restaurants, and the growth of new and existing business. My real estate background includes expertise in new construction, where I was an onsite sales agent for a local builder, as well as, my current role as a real estate specialist with Savvy + Co.. When working with clients, I build a foundation based on trust and communication. It’s my goal to create a calmness even in the midst of what can be a stressful real estate transaction. I love the art of negotiation and the excitement of closing day!
