Mike, originally from New York, worked in retail sales and manufacturing after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration. He began his award-winning career soon after relocating to Anaheim Hills in 1987. A licensed Broker, Mike opened his own firm in 1995 and ultimately settled at First Team in Anaheim Hills where, as a consistent top producer, he maintains membership in the coveted Hall of Fame.
By consistently exceeding the expectations of the buyers and sellers he represents, Mike has earned a steady stream of repeat and referral business that continues to grow. I have had the pleasure of working with several excellent realtors over the years and I am happy to say that Mike Kelly and Travis Fairweather are by far the best. They are the hardest working and most organized agents you can find. They had a clear plan on how to sell our home and helped us feel comfortable every step of the way. They walked us through all of the paperwork and explained every detail. Long before the first open house, they made sure our home was properly staged and ready to sell. While Mike arranged a great advertising campaign, Travis was there with the photographer to make sure every detail was taken care of. Their knowledge and sales expertise would be hard to find in any one agent but they both were excellent in their own right. Travis’s knowledge of general contracting helped with many of the decisions we had to make, while Mike’s knowledge of marketing and home valuations helped us immensely.
Both Mike and Travis had the knowledge and skills to answer every question we had and made sure they took their time with us so we always felt like we were their only clients. They communicate with each other so well that when we would ask either one a question the other would follow-up to make sure we had the answer.
After just a couple of open houses they found a buyer for our home who they also represented. To help both of us feel more comfortable, Mike ended up representing my wife and me while Travis represented the buyer. I wasn’t sure how that would play out, but in the end I believe it was a win-win for us all. Everything went smoothly. Only dedicated professionals like Mike and Travis could make that work out as well as it did. Even after the sale they continued to work hard and helped us find a temporary rental which we love.
