It’s rare that I’ve been so moved to write a letter to the President of any institution though I had to share
with you the wonderful experience that we had recently with your company. For nearly a year, my fiancée and I have been looking for our first home together and had our sights on the Upper West Side. We’d lived in a rental for several years though we really wanted to find our first permanent home and we had a very set idea of what we truly wanted. We were novices to a certain
degree though we were fortunate enough to be recommended to Camille Duvall, a broker in your

As you know, finding the right place for any individual, couple or family comes with a myriad of challenges and along the way, we certainly had a healthy degree of starts and stops, changes of direction and even a failed offer. Ultimately, we found a
terrific place though it posed some very real challenges in getting it over the finish line. Yet, through every challenge, Camille was the consummate professional –so prepared, so diligent in her dealings with us and with the kind of commitment that one rarely sees.
She fought for us like it was her own place. She was part broker, sometime psychologist and a terrific educator throughout it all and its

I won’t describe the entirety of our story though it wasn’t easy — we had a very difficult seller and an agent on the other side that was neglectful of her duties. Camille picked up the slack for all and made sure that every facet of the deal happened
-- I’m convinced that our board review was so nonintrusive because the package preparation was so tight and
complete. Frankly, we’re small potatoes to an organization like yours—we bought a $1 million apartment on the UWS though she treated us like we were buying a Park Avenue mansion. I’ll never forget this.
