We just closed on a condo in PC and Sheila was our realtor. I first met Sheila while looking for a long term rental in PC for my son. We are from Florida and was not familiar with the PC area. Sheila provided us with good local information and great restaurant referrals. We returned to her office after we had our lunch to thank her and we began to talk about purchasing instead of renting. In a few days we had our first contract on a condo, the deal didn't work out and we had to return to Florida. Sheila didn't give up, in a few days she sent us information on a condo that was about to hit the MLS, it fit our requirements perfectly. Sheila made it so easy for us, she is tech savvy using DocuSign to send the contract to us in email and we signed the docs from our iPhones while out on our boat in Florida. Any questions we had she was very prompt answering either by email or text and we never felt the time difference of two time zones ever came into play. There were some unusual twists that were discovered along the way and Sheila did a great job taking care of these with the owner with little or no involvement from me. Sheila kept our deal glued together and we closed in record time right on schedule which as amazing considering some of the obstacles. We purchased our condo based on limited knowledge of the area and without ever stepping the unit. We trusted Sheila to guide us and we think she did an awesome job.
