Katie Lind Frame

A New Orleans native, Katie Frame has always had a passion for real estate and design. She joined McEnery Residential as a licensed REALTOR® in late 2018 from Keller Williams Realty. Before practicing real estate, Katie spent 14 years in executive recruiting working for Korn/Ferry International, the largest global executive search firm in a senior position and with Premier Search Advisors, a New Orleans-based executive search firm she founded in 2009. Over the course of her search career, Katie successfully placed over 200 senior level executives for leading public, private equity/venture capital-backed companies and non-profit organizations with both domestic and global reach.

Katie’s background in recruiting gives her the ability to leverage her skills in sales, negotiation, research and analytics, and high quality client service. She is able to navigate complex situations in a highly effective, professional and confidential manner. Katie is known for her execution, accessibility, and dedication to her clients. She truly cares about the client experience and makes sure it is done with optimism, enthusiasm, and most importantly, a sense of humor.

Katie graduated from Isidore Newman School and earned a BA from Southern Methodist University. She is a long-time resident of Uptown New Orleans and when not working, enjoys spending time with her husband, chasing her (very active) twin boys in Audubon Park and walking her golden retriever.
