Vanessa Conabee

Vanessa R. Conabee developed an early love of the outdoors growing up in Berchtesgaden, Germany and Maine. After skiing for the D-1 Nordic Ski Team at St. Lawrence University, Vanessa received an M.A. from Loyola University Chicago. Since moving to Park City in 1997, Vanessa has worked in the magazine industry as an editor at Salt Lake Magazine and longtime contributor to Park City Magazine, coached Nordic Skiing for the Utah Olympic Park, Park City Ski and Snowboard Team, and the Park City Nordic Betties, and followed the evolution of the luxury resort market via her husband Chris Conabee, Principal of Utah Development and Construction. Recent projects span resort commercial, condominium, and high-end housing in Maple Ridge Ranches, Silver Star Park City, Red Ledges, The Utah Olympic Park and currently the expansion to the Goldener Hirsch in Silver Lake, Deer Valley. As a Mountain Host at Deer Valley Resort for nearly 10 years, Vanessa has intimate knowledge of Deer Valley’s luxury real estate market and is uniquely positioned to advise clients about the Deer Valley/Park City community, on or off the snow.
