Earlier this year why wife and I were living in our house in Rocky Point Mexico when we suddenly were in the position of being able to replace our California property, which was under contract to sell, with a place in Flagstaff, which would better compliment Mexico. To even look at a property in Flagstaff, one of us had to drive 6+ hours. Kelly found one place for us to look at, and then a second one, even better, came on the market as one of us was driving up. Fortunately, Kelly had previously helped us get prequalified with a respected local lender, and when the second property proved to be perfect for us we were able to move quickly with a winning offer. If Kelly hadn’t advised us just right, we would have spent another month or two driving up from Mexico every week to chase houses in a rising market.

My wife and I were buying our first home and found Kelly after checking all the reviews for Flagstaff. We were able to talk with her immediately and she set us up with her team member Sarah Daulton. Though we had never bought a house before, Sarah made the process easy for us and it seems like every week we were looking at houses. We were admittedly picky and the process went on for many weeks, but Sarah and Kelly never slowed down and I'm happy to say that we closed on our home at the end of last year and couldn't be happier with the house we got and our entire experience of working with Kelly and her team.
