I first met Tom through the Centennial Rotary Club, and before I knew he worked in real estate, I was impressed with how much good he was doing in the community, and actively giving back. When I found out he could help my wife and I find our first home for our young family here in Denver, it made perfect sense! I cannot state enough how hard he worked for us to not only find the right home for our family, but the advice and guidance to make sure that we were protected throughout the whole process. We also learned firsthand the importance of a strong agent...and Tom is just that, a STRONG agent. When looking at some properties through the process we had interactions with "discount" agents, and I will say this, there is no replacement for the expertise and experience you get with Tom and his team. We saved ourselves a lot of headache, and a lot of money based on his advice and guidance. Home buying can be one of the most stressful things to go through, but we felt comfortable and excited every bit of the way. We couldn't recommend him more!

Tom and his team were very knowledgeable, experienced, and organized and helped us sell our home within a month during the slow season. We couldn't be happier working with Tom and his team! They guided us through the entire selling process, reached out to multiple contractors immediately when we needed repairs, and was very proactive in communicating with other realtors. Tom knows the housing market well and took the time to explain the details from start to finish. We loved the Showtime app they used; it was super convenient and helped us get prepared for showings ahead of time. Overall, 10/10 recommend!! We wouldn't think twice about working with Tom and his team again.
