KEVIN GARRETT
An active real estate agent for over 30 years, Kevin has combined his education from the University of Colorado with his entrepreneurial spirit, to become one of Denver's most respected real estate professionals. Through his outstanding attention to detail and his drive & dedication, Kevin has been an integral asset in the development of Denver's most infamous neighborhoods such as Lodo, Cherry Creek, Belmar and the Golden Triangle. As a member of the Denver Board of Realtors since 1990 and his continual involvement with the Ethics Committee since 1994, Chairman 1997-2014. Kevin is well known throughout this industry not only for his principles, but for his talent of bringing people and properties together.

MATT MCNEILL
Matt hails from a background in residential development and sales and offers a rich and unique perspective to home buying. Matt obtained his degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and has integrated that knowledge with over 25 years of hands-on experience. Through his high-energy and attention to detail, coupled with his understanding and practice of the industry, Matt is sought after for his know-how and knowledge by builders, developers and home-buyers/sellers alike.

DENA PASTORINI
A resident of Downtown Denver since 2000, Dena’s knowledge of the Downtown Denver real estate market and enthusiasm for the city’s offerings are unmatched and is why she is known as “Downtown Dena”. Dena was part of the original sales team when Riverfront Park was just a sales office in Larimer Square and has been a top producer in Riverfront Park since. She has since expanded her scope to include all the Central Denver neighborhoods, becoming one of Denver’s top producers, participating in over $150 million in real estate sales.
