Description
Born and raised in Highland, Utah, Keri Holland grew up watching her parents create “home” for their clients. Her father was a hardworking custom home builder and her mother was a talented interior designer, so it was a natural progression for her to eventually delve into the world of real estate and help people find and create their own dream homes.
A multi-faceted woman, Keri has been passionate about dance and ballet since her early childhood years. She began dancing as a child and eventually went on to be principal dancer for the Utah Metropolitan Ballet, a professional company based in Utah County. She attended the University of Utah on a ballet scholarship and would continue her passion for dance performing for the Utah Jazz for numerous years as well as in the film/TV industry in Los Angeles. After ending her ballet career and transferring to Brigham Young University, Keri worked towards her degree in Psychology, where she trained and worked as a behavioral therapist in ABA type therapy for two children with autism. After graduating from BYU in 2001, she began a career as a loan officer during the refinance boom of 2002. While at New Freedom Mortgage where she worked from 2002-2004, she received the President’s Club Award for most sales.
Eventually realizing that loans were not her passion, Keri made the decision to follow her parent’s footsteps into the field of real estate, specifically new construction, and in 2007 she started her career as a real estate agent here in Utah. She started with a small builder and within six months moved to Ivory Homes where she sold homes for five years. During her time there, she was the top sales agent for two years and one of the top five agents during the other three years. Staying busy and making time for all of her passions, she danced her fourth and final year for the Utah Jazz while selling Ivory Homes, and flipping homes on the side. Keri then went on to work for Perry Homes for two years before she finally moved to beautiful Park City with the opportunity to be the listing/sales agent for Black Rock Ridge, Blackstone Residences, and Black Rock Luxury Condos. As the Sales Director, she sold these developments for over five years - while also running their design center - before joining the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty team in September 2020. Keri is currently the listing/sales agent for The Ascent Park City and an upcoming ski-in/ski-out wellness community in Mayflower Resort. Keri has consistently been one of the top producing real estate agents over the past few years, including ranking #15 in closed real estate volume in the state of Utah.
Having dabbled in various fields of real estate over the years and juggling numerous high-demand projects and developments at once, Keri knows the value of hard work, experience and dedication. New construction and new development real estate are her love and passion, and where she plans to stay and specialize. When she isn’t selling real estate, Keri loves to find her ‘ohm’ practicing yoga and Pilates, as well as traveling the globe internationally. She also loves to cuddle up with a good book and spend time with Georgia, her 16-year-old Maltese, and Cedric, her newly adopted senior Shih-Tzu. With interior designer blood coursing through her veins, she also loves to spend her free time designing and decorating her newly built home near the Capitol in Salt Lake City room by room.
