Spencer Delava was originally born in Los Angeles, California but the Park City mountains have always been home. He is part of a second-generation real estate family and has wasted no time becoming an active member of the local luxury real estate community. Spencer graduated college early with a degree in real estate and a minor in business ethics and legal studies from the University of Denver. Spencer has quickly acclimated to the lifestyle and networking within Park City.

He often snowmobiles during the winter season and enjoys exploring the beautiful mountains of Utah every chance he gets. In addition, he skis and snowboards the unique terrain that Park City and the surrounding areas have to offer. Park City also offers plenty of summer activities. Spencer mainly enjoys hiking, golfing, fishing, boating, and off-road adventures amid the stunning mountain terrain of Utah. He played competitive varsity golf all 4 years of high school and continued to compete athletically while in his undergrad at the University of Denver.
