Katherine Hill, a Charleston, S.C. native and Realtor with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville Real Estate. Katherine moved to Richmond from New York City eleven years ago with her family. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, Katherine lived in Washington, DC, and New York City for many years where she worked for President George Bush, Haughton International Fine Art Fairs, and Sotheby’s Auction House. Having grown up in a real estate family in historic Charleston, she has a keen understanding and appreciation for the market. Her mother, Kitty Holt, was a top-producing broker at William Means and Company for many years. Katherine’s time spent at Sotheby’s New York and as an interior designer honed her passion for interiors; she brings her innate aesthetic sense to meet her clientele’s needs.

Katherine is an active volunteer at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, in her children’s schools, and in the Richmond community. She is also a member of The Woman’s Club, the Colonial Dames, and the James River Garden Club.

Katherine is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Richmond Association of Realtors. She enjoys tennis, art, reading, and yoga.
