Best agent for buying and/or selling a home. Experience and customer service set her apart. I have purchased and sold two homes with Tricia and have never had a problem. She will keep you up to date on everything that needs to be done and will remind you of the things you need to get done. She has great references for home inspectors, contractors for repair, contractors for finishing, loan officers, homeowners insurance and she interfaces with them as needed. She really gets even more involved when the home is listed. We left for Oregon when our home went on the market and it sold in one weekend. We didn't need to even be there so that we could focus on our new home purchase in Oregon.

As life changes and things happen, I found myself looking to buy a home in August 2021. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea where to start. That’s where Tricia came in.
