David is extremely professional, he knows the market, and provided good advice re setting a selling price. David covered the cost of re painting the entire interior of the house, and making small electrical repairs. David covered the cost of Staging the house for sale.
When multiple bids were received, David worked the deals, and was able to increase the sales price. After the deal was made, David personally visited the home to attend to pool water, irrigation, and trash removal.
