Will Sipf

Born and raised in Denver, CO, Will was lucky enough to spend many weekends and holidays in Vail with his family as a young child. After graduating high school from Kent Denver, Will attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA, earning his BA in both economics and philosophy. The magic and mystique of Vail never fully wore off and after college, Will decided to move to Vail and start building his life in the incredible Vail Valley.

Prior to his current role as an associate broker at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in Vail, Will first worked in the residential real estate world as a marketing administrative assistant at Engel & Volkers Vail for two years learning the intricacies of the business, and quickly transitioned into a residential broker for four more years. Will joined LIV Sotheby’s Vail in January of 2022 and is excited for new beginnings with one of the most successful and respected real estate brokerage firms in Vail. Will has incredible attention to detail and has handled numerous transactions for buyers and sellers from all walks of life. Communication is key to success in any transaction, and Will thrives on helping buyers and sellers make educated decisions based on market data and heavy analysis. Whether you are buying your first home or your first vacation home, Will has championed the skill sets needed to help guide you through a successful transaction.

When Will is not working on building his real estate career, you can find him on the mountain skiing in the winter, on the golf course, or river floating/fishing in the summer. Will also loves to give back, and his passion for golf has given him the opportunity to be the boy's varsity golf coach at the local Vail Mountain School. Will also serves on the Vail Board of Realtors MLS Committee, helping the board make decisions that affect all brokers in the Vail Valley. Will lives in Minturn with his wife of two years, Krista, and their 9-year-old silver lab, Rossi.
