We did not have our house listed, but Shannon was aware that we planned to put our house on the market in spring 2020. In January, she asked if she could show our house if she identified an interested, highly qualified potential buyer? We agreed that she would represent us as a transaction broker. Shannon showed a particular buyer our house three times in February resulting in an offer and contract February 27. We closed April 20.

We can’t thank Shannon enough for everything she did for us to help this sale move forward to completion. She was able to resolve every hiccup along the way and we greatly appreciate her work, her initiative, and her skill set. We want to express our sincere gratitude for all the services and accommodations she provided us. There were a few tribulations along the way, but she resolved every issue. I can’t imagine the tightrope she had to walk between sellers and buyers on some of those occasions.
