Christian goes out of his way to be available when needed. He has shown me several homes over the last few months - I just haven't pulled the trigger on one yet. He is always there to set up a showing quickly. He knows the market, he is patient and he will definitely look out for your best interest.

I can't say enough about my experience working with Christian Mulhern with selling my home in the Sloans Lake area of Denver. Christian made the process extremely easy from when the 'For Sale' sign went up in the yard until the day the sale closed. He was very familiar with the area as he brought a lot of in depth knowledge and advice on real estate trends in regards to the homes in the neighborhood. As a seller I appreciated that I could work with him from my home state in Nebraska and didn't have to get in the car and make a trip to Denver- EVER! The convenience of this was great knowing that he was always a text or call away without having to meet up with him face to face. He was quick to answer calls and made the experience FUN.
