Personal Profile: I have been involved with buying and selling real estate, investment property and property management for over 25 years giving me a vast knowledge of the importance of service to my clients. Specializations: I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors, and the Coeur d'Alene MLS; Sandpoint Multiple Listing Services (MLS). I am a Certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and have helped many homeowners and buyers in the sale and purchase their Dream Homes from Waterfront to backcountry. I am also extremely knowledgeable of Bank Owned or Short Sale distressed properties in all price ranges.

Other Awards and Recognitions: Prior to my real estate career, I was a manager of an investment company and spent 15 successful years in sales and marketing management with IBM in Kansas City and Los Angeles where I became a leader known for quality, service and results in everything I do. I am originally from Southern California and hold a Business Marketing degree from the University of Southern California. My passion is to 'help others fulfill their real estate dreams' whether buying or selling.

Hobbies: I am very active in the community. I am actively involved with Habitat for Humanity, Coeur d'Alene School District and the tennis community. My husband John and I met in college on the Around the World floating campus 'Semester at Sea' and have two adult children. I enjoy skiing, boating, tennis and living the Idaho lifestyle.
