Description
Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Chris is a rarity – a true Sandpoint native, the Neu family can count back five generations here in North Idaho. Rather than taking this beautiful area for granted, however, Chris embraces it. He and his family love the lake, the mountains and all four seasons, and you can often find them hiking, hunting, fishing or otherwise enjoying the great outdoors.
His knowledge of the local area is unsurpassed, and he has taken that knowledge and passion and translated them into a career that is as fitting for him as it is beneficial to his clients. Throughout his tenure as a sales agent, he has stayed in the top 10% of all real estate agents, nationwide. This success speaks volumes of his ability to match people with properties and properties with people. As well, Chris has been able to hone his skills as a developer’s agent, helping to design and sell numerous developments in the Panhandle.
Over the years, Chris has had the opportunity to work outside of the real estate field, once as a Field Engineer for an energy company, and once as a mortgage loan originator at a local bank, known for their local, service-oriented platform. Both have helped shape his current career, and both have contributed to his success as an agent. As a Field Engineer, Chris worked as part of a team with larger, more conceptual goals – and he learned to value the power of teamwork. His time as a mortgage loan originator all but guaranteed his later success in real estate, as he truly understands lending from start to finish and can help buyers navigate this (sometimes frustrating) process.
Chris’s local knowledge combined with his ability to see the “big picture” makes him a strong real estate agent. His love for the land, his family, friends and team members, however, is what makes him a success, which is so valued by his clients.
