I would bet there aren’t many people my age with a story like mine! You would more likely hear this story from an old codger! But it is true! I was born in Billings, Montana in 1973, and by the age of 2, I was living in the heart of the Swan Valley in a one-room cabin. But wait, there’s more! I went to school from grades 1 through 8th in a one-room school and was the sole graduate in my 8th-grade class. High school was completed at Bigfork High School then off to Willamette University and the University of Montana where I earned my degree in economics.
I have fond memories of working summers as a beverage cart girl at Eagle Bend golf course and got to know so many people.
Following college, I worked as a mortgage broker while starting my own jewelry company, Icandi, and was the creator of the Persimmon Gallery in Bigfork (a business that still exists just down the street from my office!).
Taking my father’s advice in 2013, I pursued a career that would merge my love of people and my love of all things Montana, as a real estate broker. Over the years, I have gained so much knowledge and hold such an ongoing passion that I feel myself thriving with exuberance which includes becoming a Luxury Collection Specialist, one of my greatest accomplishments as a real estate broker.
There are so many things I hold dear beyond real estate and helping people achieve their dream homes...making jewelry, paddle boarding, skiing, hiking, my faith, my family and most of all, I love being a Mom.
A special gift I have been blessed with is that when one grows up as I have, you do not think of knowing only one town but instead the whole Flathead Valley. I hold a wealth of knowledge from one end of the Valley to the other. Let me share that with you!

We were referred to Signe through a bank program and we were very fortunate to find her! We started working with her in March 2020 and because of health restrictions were not able to view properties in person. Signe worked with us and offered us "virtual tours". She followed up with us multiple times to assess our needs and give us market updates. We finally settled on a new build and toured it "virtually" and she helped us get it under contract in a competitive market. Signe then helped us sell our property in Whitefish which was a unique property and a complicated transaction. All virtually and without having met in person. The buying process had its share of surprises and each time Signe helped us work through the issues and keep us calm in the face of external challenges.
