Kristen O'Donnell

Kristen is passionate about helping people realize their dream of owning real estate in the Lake Tahoe region. Licensed since 1999, she moved to Incline Village in 2010 and has developed the insight and relationships buyers and sellers need to win in this competitive region. Kristen brings to Tahoe the same sense of urgency and meticulous customer service that earned her the accolade of a “top-producing agent” in Marin County for over a decade. Prior to joining Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in Incline Village, NV, she was a broker at Decker Bullock, Frank Howard Allen, and Sotheby's International Realty in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Kristen also dedicates her time to non-profit organizations. She was formerly a board member at both Tahoe’s Connection for Families and The Princess Project. She has chaired fundraising events and led committees at Lake Tahoe School, Tahoe Safe Alliance, Epic Experience, and The Junior League. Kristen is a breast cancer survivor, not once, but twice, and advocates for cancer thrivers everywhere.

As the mom of teenage boy-girl twins, Kristen is grateful to be raising them in Tahoe. A lover of water sports, particularly boating and paddle boarding, they spend the summers at Incline Village beaches. In the winter, they switch to skiing at Diamond Peak, snowshoeing, and the many other winter activities available in Tahoe. If she must be inside, you might find Kristen watching her alma mater, Villanova, play some college hoops. But no matter the season, Kristen tries to never miss a sunset with her chocolate lab, Beau.
