Hilary Taylor

Hilary Taylor feels so fortunate to have called Telluride home for 15 years. "It is a dream come true to live here." When she moved to Telluride, she felt it natural to help others find their special place in the region. Finding or selling a home rarely happens overnight and Hilary knows that her clients need a trusted and zealous advocate to help navigate the complex process of a property purchase or sale. Hilary truly cares about her clients and is passionate about real estate. And it shows- she has consistently been a top producing broker handling sales and listings in all price ranges with equal care and attention. Hilary is grateful to be a part of the LIV Sotheby's International Realty team.

Originally from Durham, North Carolina she grew up skiing in Colorado. She earned a bachelor of science degree from Vanderbilt University. She is just as much a city person having lived in Chicago and London before moving to 300 days of sunshine in Telluride. In 2014, she joined the Telluride Sotheby's Madeline Residences sales team in Mountain Village successfully selling out of the residences ahead of schedule.

Creating community and developing meaningful relationships is of utmost importance to Hilary. She loves meeting new people, hearing their stories, and collaborating on what to experience in this charming town and fun adult-playground. While she loves skiing, summer is Hilary's favorite time of year! When not working, she savors time with her husband Carson and two quickly growing boys. She is an avid volunteer in the community and is the current president of the One to One Mentoring board.
