Cassie Gates

An associate broker since 2017, Cassie Gates takes an authentic approach to life and real estate. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, she has let her love for beautiful places lead the way, developing extensive logistics experience through her chemistry degree and guiding wilderness expeditions in Alaska and Arizona while appreciating all that the outdoors offers. Most recently, her love for the mountains led her to the Gunnison Valley, where she established herself in Crested Butte, managing a local property management company and eventually joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018 as an office administrator. Her detail-oriented nature provides tremendous reliability for her clients, and her office experience ensures that every aspect of the transaction process is accomplished seamlessly. Never one to leap before she looks, Cassie strategically decided to join the company as an office administrator before utilizing her license to gain valuable company and community experience. Now, she is ready to bring her client’s love for the outdoors to life and lead them to their dream lifestyle and home, just as she has done all her life.
