We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Craig Chorpenning for his superior work. First of all Craig sold our home for us in the Artisan community in Rancho Mirage without any problems. From there we moved into a rental house until we could secure and purchase a new home. Craig found us our perfect “forever” house we are thrilled with.
While in the rental house it flooded and we lost everything. Craig stepped up to the plate and found us a temporary rental to move into until we could move into our permanent home. Without his help at such a stressful time we would have been lost.
Craigs willingness to go up and beyond of what would be expected has impressed us so much. He is simply the true professional while being sincere, giving and compassionate in his dealings with clients. His knowledge in buying and selling our homes has been a delightful experience. After a lifetime of buying and selling homes I felt it was imperative to write a review to express the superior knowledge and service we experienced dealing with Craig. After speaking with several agents I was impressed with his extensive knowledge of the high end market and his vast network of contacts. After just a few conversations Craig knew the neighborhoods and style of homes that would work for us. He was able to set up a few showings of homes that were off market and put together a deal that was beneficial for all parties involved. Craig is efficient and professional and an absolute necessity in the current market. Calling him will be your biggest advantage in accomplishing your goals.

We are Canadians and had not been through the process of buying in the US before. We tried leasing for a couple seasons but after running into a couple tough experiences back to back that were not quite as advertised in the pictures and descriptions. We decided to engage with Craig to find us a great home to buy. We are an extremely busy family with extremely picky needs. Craig picked up on this very quickly and he did not waste any of our time trying to show us homes that didn’t fit our needs. He always had very honest feedback and was never pushy. We could tell he truly cared about finding us the right home.
After a few months he found us the perfect place and bought it. With this being our first international purchase we were pleasantly surprised at how easy he made it. He had some really great connections that made the process extremely easy. We were able to complete the transaction in roughly one week and move in and enjoy it for the winter. He kept in touch with us and became our friend and trusted advisor while we were back in Canada. It’s been truly exceptional service.
With the travel restrictions in 2020, we decided to sell our home as we didn’t want it sitting vacant for that long. Craig’s service yet again was unbelievable. We were back in Canada and he helped organize a great stager, cleaners, some landscaping touch ups, and a handyman to address a couple small things.
It was so easy for us!
He gave us really great advice when we had competing offers and we ended up selling the house for exactly what we wanted out of it. We 100% recommend Craig and will be lifelong clients of his. We are already back in the process of finding another home with him:)
