of the smallest of details by returning items to Time Warner to returning the garbage and recycle
bins to the Waste Management company. When ever I called or emailed Phyllis, she responded
within an hour. She even assisted with getting a moving company to move the furniture across the
country. The day they came she over saw the packing of my belongs even by calling me many times
throughout the day to ask if some of the outside items could stay. Which I agreed that I would not
need them in Canada.

Phyllis is an attentive, detail-oriented, personable and professional real estate agent. No doubt these
qualities have helped her become one of the top agents in this area. In a very busy time she made us
feel that if we were a top priority. She kept on top of everything, communicated with us frequently, and
went above and beyond in helping us prepare our home to get a strong price and offer. With her help we
