Tom brings nearly four decades of real estate excellence to his role as Managing Broker at Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty. His leadership journey includes co-owning a Century 21 franchise in 1985 and later spearheading Dyson and Dyson Sotheby's expansion into the Greater Las Vegas Market, where he guided over 150 real estate professionals to success. Tom subsequently founded Asset Management Realty Advisors, establishing it as a premier boutique firm in the region.
