Angel Petragallo

Born and raised in North Idaho, I have spent all but two years of my life in Idaho. Although I miss the lakes of the North, I have found much beauty in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. While making my way as a young adult, I began a cleaning and water damage restoration company. After 19 years in that industry, I began my real estate career in 1998. I am very proud to say that many of those first clients still call me for their real estate needs. This profession has allowed me to stay 'on the go', all the while helping people reach their real estate goals and dreams. In 22 years of real estate, I have helped people buy and sell everything from onion sheds to million-dollar homes. I have worked in Elmore, Boise, Ada, Canyon, Valley, Owyhee and Gem counties! My previous profession helps me look beyond the cosmetics. Noticing a water stain or an imperfection allows an early heads up to future trouble and negotiating some of these repairs early is invaluable.
