Julene Web looked and found many properties which were close but not exactly what we wanted. We
wanted some very definite things and most of the properties did not measure up. One of the problems for us
was that we did not want to buy anything with a HOA and most of the properties had them. Also as an elderly
person I was leary about steps and things that could trip me up. She advised us in how to make an offer and
by following her advice were able to purchase a house that had19 offers.
