Katiuscia relocated to Star in 2021 and is thrilled to call the Treasure Valley home. She fell in love with Idaho’s beautiful landscape, people, value-driven quality of life, and gorgeous seasons. A Realtor since 2004 and Southern California native, Katiuscia previously specialized in residential sales, development, and investment properties in San Diego, and is an investor and property flipper herself. A former small-business owner, she is hospitality driven and thrives on serving others. She is proud to be part of the Group One Sotheby’s International Realty family and is inspired by the culture and reputation of excellence.

Katiuscia is passionate about the trust and relationships she builds with her clients, always putting their needs first while protecting their investments. She is highly driven, acts with integrity, and delivers quality service, consistently going above and beyond. She believes that excellent communication and keen attention to detail are important keys to a seamless transaction; she loves educating her clients, and guiding them through the process step-by-step.

When not with clients, Katiuscia is a devoted dog mom; she enjoys traveling, exploring her surroundings, and attending concerts and stand-up comedy shows. She is fluent in Italian and her favorite place to visit is her 200-year-old family home in southern Italy – a restoration project she spearheaded. She attends Holy Apostles Catholic Church in Meridian and loves the feeling of community the Treasure Valley provides, always taking opportunities to integrate herself further and volunteer in the community. She sits on committees for the local Realtor association, is an active Ambassador for the Boise Metro Chamber, and is on the Leadership Committee for the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County’s annual Wild West Auction. She is also honored to be part of Leadership Boise’s Class of 2026.
