As a Real Estate Advisor with the Holmes – Oxner Group, Maria Oxner is a fun-loving and out-going lady! She loves meeting new people and takes each opportunity to get to know her clients on a personal level. Maria enjoys real estate and working with both buyers and sellers. Her passion is people and selling homes is how she connects with them! She listens to each client’s needs and walks them through the entire process to help achieve their goal! When asked to share her own advice on how she makes each transaction go smoothly, she says, “There is an art to keeping your clients calm through the stages of the home selling or buying process - such as negotiations, home repairs, and all the emotions of selling or buying a home. The best thing is to stay positive! Your actions and reactions affect those around you and have an impact on everyone involved.” Maria is a firm believer that attitude goes a long way and all parties should work together to achieve the common goal! Among her greatest achievements, Maria is a proud mother of four accomplished sons, three of whom were star football players at Southlake-Carroll. And, Maria’s husband, Russell, has stood by her through the years and he is her biggest fan and motivator! She says, “I admire him so much! His great character and how he handles his commercial real estate clients. I’ve learned so much from him!” Maria has been in the business of selling real estate for over 25 years.
