Cindy began her career in real estate in 1984 after moving from Singapore to Corpus Christi, Texas. In addition to having 50+ listings every month with the top real estate company in Corpus Christi, Cindy also worked alongside banks and other financial institutions. Upon deciding to further her career she moved to Dallas, Texas and work with Republic Bank initiated. The experience gained negotiating contracts and hiring real estate agents for the foreclosure department was extremely invaluable and enabled a sharpening of her skillsets to have a thorough understanding of what it takes to make a home SELL. Naturally, Cindy then entered the high-end, luxury real estate market with noted brokerage Berkshire Hathaway (formerly, Allie Beth Allman and Associates). Several years running, Cindy earned her position as one of the top five agents in the organization, representing builders in the Park Cities area of Dallas. With a wealth of real estate advisor experience working alongside CEO´s, attorneys and doctors, it was clear that her next step was the second-home market. Alongside husband Terry, a well-known attorney in Dallas, the move to venture to Cabo San Lucas took form.
