Description
If you ask anyone who knows Sandi what comes to mind when they think of her, the first words are; fun, tough, dynamic, blunt, caring, and capable. There is a great energy around Sandi and what you see is what you get. She is a fighter. She loves competition and feeds off the energy of winning. All these things make her a dynamite real estate agent. Sandi Rubio grew up with a unique upbringing in the small town of Sitka, Alaska, a place accessible only by boat or plane. Eager to see more of the US, she attended the University of Idaho where she immediately fell in love with the state and the people who live here. It took time to get Sandi and her family permanently moved to Boise from Seattle, but in 2011 it became the best move they ever made. Before Sandi moved to Boise, she lived in San Francisco and Seattle managing high-end Athletic Clubs. In 2010 her brother, Founder and CEO of Front Street Brokers, gave her the opportunity to join him in Boise to sell real estate. Sandi’s background in fitness training helped her realize the value of an approach centered around people. “Helping people change their bodies is a personal process,” she says, “and buying or selling a home gets really personal.” Sandi adores living with her family in the North End Foothills. Her husband Matt works for Hayden Homes and serves as the Central Highlands Neighborhood Association FireWise Coordinator. Sandi’s daughter Bella works as a nurse at St Luke's Medical Center in Meridian and her youngest daughter Rosie attends Colorado State University as a Business Major and AFROTC cadet. Outside of real estate, Sandi still loves to teach fitness classes, playing tennis, pickleball, volleyball and spending as much time outside as possible! Sandi believes passionately in creating an elevated experience for clients through a focus on the PEOPLE, relationships, and their needs above all else. By listening carefully to her clients and understanding the full picture of how they desire to live their life, Sandi is able to apply that knowledge toward obtaining what her clients are truly looking for. No matter what chapter of life or home ownership someone is in, Sandi understands that every situation is full of excitement and change. Her mission is to help clients navigate these changes in the smoothest, most joyful manner possible. When choosing an agent to work with, Sandi tells clients not to focus on who works at the biggest brokerage or has sold the most houses, but to consider who they trust having their back, and remains dedicated to representing their best interests.

Testimonials
Even though I was home shopping in a very limited, low end of the market, Sandi treated me as if I were buying a million-dollar home. We trudged through foreclosures and short sales, some that didn't even have flooring, and Sandi always had a smile and an encouraging word. I couldn't have navigated the process without her.
I do not write many recommendations even when asked, but it is a real honor to have been asked by Sandi. Sandi is not just a great realtor. She is a friend. She has a wonderful and infectious personality. She truly cares about doing her best to find a home to meet your family’s needs and will take the extra time needed. Sandi looks at her relationships with clients as ongoing relationships and not just one and done. She is looking for a house for my parents right now and doing a great job. You will never regret using Sandi.
From the very first meeting she showed that she was well informed as to the current real estate market in the greater West Boise Area and was able to match my wife and me up with the home of our choice after only 5 or 6 showings.
Sandi has went above and beyond our expectations. She has been very prompt and makes us feel like we are the top of the list type of customers! We have had to look at many houses and she is always ready to meet with us very promptly. Calls and emails are returned almost immediately. My search for the perfect agent ends with Sandi!
I'd like to begin by saying Sandi is not the only Realtor I have shopped for a home with yet it is Sandi that has been amazingly patient & flexible with me in home shopping. I have changed my criteria several times and she continues to find me prospective homes to buy. Her knowledge is extensive enough to offer me creative ideas for me to consider. My search continues as I currently live in another state, am still learning and not in a hurry but I am confident Sandi will be the one to pull the deal together.
My wife and I worked with Sandi in trying to find a home. She showed us numerous houses and was very patient, cheerful, and helpful. I was impressed with her availability and knowledge regarding the housing market. My wife and I eventually decided we wanted to build instead of buying an existing home. You may think this meant our representation by Sandi was unsuccessful. To the contrary, I was very pleased with the quality and quantity of homes that Sandi was able to show us. Looking at other houses just helped us realize that we wanted to be able to construct just the right home for us. Even though Sandi knew at some point that we were considering building instead of buying an existing home, she was still willing to show us homes while we were working through the process of deciding which direction to go. Very professional. Thanks Sandi.
Sandi is energetic and persistent. She held our hand for more than a year as we searched for a home in the Boise area. Not only did she know our requirements for a home but she also came to know us well enough that she could feel out a house for us in our absence. That was particularly important because when we traveled to the Treasure Valley we could more efficiently look at houses. Ultimately, we found the home we had been looking for due to Sandi's real estate network. We think that we were very lucky to have worked with such a knowledgeable, patient and friendly Realtor.
