We interviewed Michael and three other highly qualified agents and his presentation and ideas for selling our house were hands down the best. I spent the next three months getting our house market ready and incorporated Michael’s suggestions. When the time was right for us Michael came back with his team for photos and videos. The video was incredible, and the photos were amazing. Our house was not a cookie-cutter house and we knew it would take special marketing skills to sell it within our time frame. Michael and his fabulous team worked really hard to flyer the neighborhood and talk to other homeowners who may have known people who wanted to move to our very special neighborhood. Ultimately he was able to bring us a buyer he had targeted and sold our house for the price we were looking for in just 27 days, this was despite the fact that our house was missing a couple of things that are important to the vast majority of buyers at our not inexpensive price point. Michael and his partner Kristina were incredibly responsive to my numerous texts and endless questions. I have no reservations about recommending Michael and his team to anyone who wishes to sell their house in as short a time as possible for the highest price possible. He is not an agent who just sits back and lets the MLS bring a buyer through another agent, he goes above and beyond to market your house and bring a buyer himself. Thank you Michael and Kristina for the fabulous job you did, it’s just a shame we were leaving Las Vegas and you couldn’t represent us as buyers too!
