Helen Fua

Helen Fua is a dedicated and passionate real estate professional serving the greater St. George area, helping clients buy and sell properties in the iconic red rock landscape of Southern Utah. A love for the great outdoors was instilled in Helen early in life by her father; their family’s summer vacations were spent exploring the mountains and lakes of the western United States, sometimes for several weeks at a time. To this day, those early adventures play a pivotal role in Helen’s love for Southern Utah’s pristine natural lands. Prior to entering the world of real estate, Helen spent many years in the computer industry working as a systems analyst. She eventually realized that she was tired of being stuck at a computer desk all day and made the decision to switch careers. Seeking the freedom to set her own schedule while still helping others, Helen obtained her real estate license—the rest was history. Her husband’s work in construction allowed her to learn the field quickly and recognize quality work, which has enabled Helen to help her clients in ways that others cannot. Helen joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in 2022 after searching for a brokerage that offered luxury real estate services and a true global reach. She saw the professional marketing, advertising, digital syndication and reach that they offered and saw that it was unmatched by other brokerages. Aligning herself with Sotheby’s International Realty came as a natural choice for Helen, allowing her to expand her reach, upgrade the services she offered her clients, and elevate expectations in the process. Helen loves what she does and works equally with both buyers and sellers at all price points. She enjoys helping first-time home buyers just as much as those looking to purchase or sell their tenth property. Helen also loves being a resource for second-home buyers and those looking to expand (or start) their investment portfolio. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and is persistent in her efforts while striving to communicate openly from start to finish. Helen often tells her clients that they are running a marathon together and she’ll be with them to the finish line—and beyond. Helen has been awarded her ABR designation and is passionate about staying current with today’s ever-changing real estate industry. Helen is passionate about her family and the community she calls home. She works to spread kindness in her daily life and is a proud mom to her two adult sons and two daughters-in-law, who have provided Helen with seven grandchildren that keep her busy and laughing. When she’s not working in real estate, you can find Helen outside enjoying Southern Utah’s warm climate and gorgeous landscape with family and friends.
