Brooke Sutton

Brooke Sutton, Sales Manager at Richardson Sotheby’s International Realty, has nearly twenty years of experience in residential real estate on the Central Coast. Brooke leads our sales team and oversees a wide range of transactions; including land sales, single-family residential properties, large residential developments and multi-million dollar estates. She takes great pride in working with both buyers and sellers and has established a great reputation throughout San Luis Obispo County.

Brooke was raised on the Central Coast and has extensive knowledge of the area and community. She received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California Santa Barbara. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Teaching and a multiple-subject teaching credential. Brooke’s educational background lays the foundation for her ability to communicate and work well with others. Brooke is a Certified New Home Professional and has received certification through the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) as well as an active member of the Pismo Coast, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, California and National Association of Realtors.
