The foundation for her love of real estate was laid early, growing up in Southern California immersed within the construction industry and later earning a Bachelor of Science for Interior Design. Chandra's previous career involved residential, spec home, and restaurant interior design, including project coordination and value engineering for ground-up builds. Bringing concepts and visions to life from a blank canvas has given her a wealth of knowledge and experiences that offers a unique advantage to her buyer and seller clients today. With multiple cross-country moves of her own, from California to Nashville, TN - and back - as well as relocating with her family to Idaho, Chandra knows first-hand the amount of time, planning, effort, and stress involved with any move.
