Our Escazu offices offers both residential and commercial services, and focuses on the area of Escazu, Santa Ana, and Ciudad Colon, on the western edge of San Jose. Escazu and Santa Ana have become the most sought after neighborhoods in the outskirts of San Jose for both our Costa Rican clientele, as well as our foreign investors. This particular area is a vibrant beach town, offering the closest beach to the city of San Jose. Our Manuel Antonio office services the areas surrounding Manuel Antonio, including Quepos, Manuel Antonio, and all southern zones such as Dominical and Uvita.
