Joe Maylin

Before entering the dynamic world of real estate, for 13 years Joe Maylin worked in the Public Works Department for Sunset City, Utah. After many years filled with long nights addressing public works issues, Joe came to the realization that his current job was no longer helping himself and his family reach their long-term goals and dreams. Joe left his role in Public Works intent on achieving a new career—helping others discover and secure their own real estate dreams. He reached out to a friend with experience in the business; soon after Joe enrolled in real estate school and his journey began.
Each year navigating Utah’s real estate market Joe has grown his business. He has been able to outpace other agents in the industry by building a successful business based almost entirely off referrals from his past, happy clients. Through word of mouth and great referral-business, over the past four years Joe has helped 60+ families make their real estate dreams become a reality.
Joe’s favorite part about working in real estate is forming friendships with new clients and strengthening existing relationships with those he already knows. He enjoys watching people fall in love with a home and then assisting them throughout the transaction, ensuring it becomes a reality. Joe is an experienced market expert and while he is familiar with all counties along Utah’s Wasatch Front, he specializes in Weber County where he grew up. When he’s not working in real estate, Joe is a busy father to four awesome kids, and a loving husband to his wonderful and supportive wife. He loves getting outside and staying busy, coaching his children's sports teams and supporting them in their hobbies and activities.
