The service and quality provided by Laurie Wing was exceptional. She was not only responsive and reliable, but also able to negotiate a lower purchase price than I had expected. In addition, Laurie persistently followed through on arranging services to be completed by two contractors outside of the sale agreement, even meeting them at the site when I could not be there, and one of which occurred after the sale had closed! David Dowie also stepped in immediately to help when a scheduling conflict put completion of the services at risk. The experience exceeded expectations from start to finish.

Working with Laurie and David was a great experience. Living more than 1000 miles away and considering purchasing a vacation home can be an uncomfortable experience. Starting with our first conference call Laurie put us at ease and demonstrated that our needs were first and foremost.
