David Brown - Personal Real Estate Corporation

Dave was born here in beautiful Victoria, B.C. and spent his full childhood growing up on the Island. After graduating from the University of Victoria, majoring in Economics including Urban Land Economics, he worked for one of B.C.’s largest Credit Unions where he worked extensively on mortgage financing, and later managed the Vancouver Island region which involved hundreds of foreclosure sales. Over the years he has also been involved in residential development, and managing rental properties. Buying and selling of residential real estate has been a big part of his life over the past 20 years.

During his previous work experiences, the main emphasis was on help and providing superior customer experiences. This is something that he prides myself on as he has learned to be patient, and found the best way to learn is to listen and listen closely. He carries these skills into residential real estate, where he does whatever it takes to help his clients and represent them every step of the way.

Dave lives in Oak bay with his wife Kirsty, and their two children Nathan and Addison. Volunteering his free time with children’s sports, assisting with team coaching and activities are one of his main hobbies, along with playing golf.
