I found Eileen from one of her frequent The Real Las Vegas YouTube videos that she posts touring a model home in a new build community. We were considering a relocation across country. From that initial video, she struck me as extremely knowledgeable about the market and the Las Vegas community, genuine, friendly, and someone I'd want to hang out with outside of a real estate transaction. I reached out via email, we video chatted, and 6 months later she was touring properties in person with my husband and me. As we got to know Eileen during our search, she demonstrated infinite patience and a genuine care and desire to know exactly what we were looking for in our future Vegas home. We had a big personal setback that resulted in us having to step away from a potentially perfect house. She was understanding, empathetic, and so caring during that difficult time.
