Jarred grew up in New Jersey and attended Lynchburg College where he met his wife Sarah, a Virginia Beach native. They moved to Richmond after graduating and lived all over the metro area before settling in the West End. They have three children and are on the verge of becoming empty nesters! Even after 25 years in Richmond they are still discovering all the things Richmond has to offer!
