Description

Living on beautiful Vancouver Island has always been a dream for Shandra. After a rewarding corporate career primarily in the Radio and Television industry and the provincial government, she and her husband Kelly decided it was time to make the move out to the West Coast to begin a new adventure.

Her keen interest in business and love of people made the transition to owning two coffee shops in Esquimalt a natural fit. There is just something very rewarding about a coffee shop as it offers a warm, welcoming, and meaningful space to members of the community. The flexibility that the coffee shops provided Shandra and her husband allowed them to bring their established Drone and Photography business to the island. This in turn accommodated the opportunity to work with some inspiring people and incredible homes and stunning architecture that sparked the interest and passion for the real estate market in Victoria, which ultimately led to Shandra pursuing her license. She has always had a passion for real estate and her top priority is to provide a level of service excellence regarding each transaction from contract to closing and is committed to staying informed on current market trends and issues that affect buyers and sellers. Shandra will be working as part of a team with her husband Kelly and together they are committed to provide an exceptional well-rounded depth of experience and knowledge to their clients.

Making homeownership dreams come true and finding the perfect home for her clients is a priority. Kelly and Shandra are passionate about all areas of home ownership and like to spend their downtime researching and implementing new projects and design ideas. Their love and inspiration for renovating is just another area where their passion for real estate shines through.
