Dennis Jeffery

Licensed as a realtor in 2018, after 30+ years as a pastor, Dennis brings a commitment to integrity, excellence, and his client's best interests to real estate. After achieving Elite status with a different brokerage, Dennis now utilizes the outstanding brand recognition, systems, tools, network, and culture of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty for his clients’ benefit. Dennis has earned the SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) from the National Association of Realtors. He has comprehensive knowledge and experience assisting seniors in various stages of life transition into the housing option which makes the most sense to them. Dennis, his wife Coleen, and their family have lived in Colorado since 1995 with an extensive network of friends and knowledge of the region. During his previous vocation, Dennis travelled extensively both nationally and globally providing him with a broad perspective that enriches his approach to real estate. He is also the Board Chair for “Life-Line Colorado”, a non-profit that works with people transitioning out of prison and also with gang prevention / intervention. A connector and networker, Dennis taps into his network for the benefit of his clients. His son in law, Pedro Siqueira, who is originally from Brazil, partners with Dennis to form a strong real estate team providing professional realty service for their clients. Their business has included first time home buyers, investors, commercial real estate, luxury home sales, and national relocation.
