Andrea’s training with Barbara soon developed into a partnership with her admired mentor. Through Barbara, Andrea learned invaluable understandings such as: the essentialness of confidentiality, privacy, and honesty as pillars of real estate professionalism.
Andrea has personally sold Mexican properties of: former Italian royalty; a renowned Mexican actress and international celebrity from Mexico’s Golden Film Age; former Iranian royalty; and celebrated artists, scholars and political figures. Her prime real estate marketplaces and expertise are in desirable yet exclusive communities located in Cuernavaca, Tepoztlán, and Ixtapa- Zihuatanejo.
A Canadian who has lived in Mexico for over 30 years, Andrea deeply understands the culture, value system, social attitudes, business practices, and legal structures of Mexico and English North America; to then uniquely provide clients with an ease in movement between those two differing cultural-milieus. She emphasizes making foreign and domestic clients feel secure, safe, and comfortable in their real estate relationships within oftentimes complex real estate environments.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Teaching Degree from the University of Western Ontario in Canada, Andrea distinctly provides professional approaches to support peace-of-mind and understanding in her relationships.
