Tracy Stice

I love Hawaii. I love Maui. Most of all I love my family. I helped deliver all three of my children at my home in Haiku in Maui with my wonderful wife Laura. Jeremy works with me every day in real estate. Brianna patrols Maui as a police officer and Chloe, married to Zack is a high school english teacher. Stability and love is who we are. Laura and I have been married 39 years, lived in the same house for 39 years, and we love Maui and our family.

Licensed in Hawaii in 1979, I obtained my Hawaii broker's license in 1984. Since that time I have owned and operated Maui Dream Brokers, Paradise Found Properties, Inc. and was a part owner of Century 21 All Islands. During this time I have been involved in or supervised over 2000 transactions . Being involved in so many transactions also allowed me to learn the hard way many times. Fortunately now for my clients , I don't have to re-create some of the hard earned lessons.

Now, I work with my business partner , my nephew Tim Stice in a very productive and enjoyable partnership.Tim Stice has joined our team and he is now the youngest broker on Maui. We are The Stice Team and we welcome your business and agents, we love your Maui referrals!
